TORONTO, ONTARIO, FEBRUARY 15, 2018 – The Constellation Software Inc. (“Constellation” or the “Company”) (TSX: CSU) annual general meeting of shareholders (“AGM”) will be held on Thursday April 26, 2018 at 10:00 a.m., at the Westin Harbour Castle Hotel, 1 Harbour Square, Toronto, ON M5J 1A6.

Similar to the AGM’s of prior years, the Company will have its six Operating Group managers available to answer questions. Following the formal legal agenda and the general Q&A session, the Company will organize six concurrently held break-out meetings, each hosted by one of the Operating Group managers. The content and format of these meetings will be left to the discretion of the managers.

We hope that our long-term shareholders will take this opportunity to learn more about our Operating Groups and their managers. In particular, we encourage our employee shareholders to attend the AGM. Employees are investing both their careers and their capital in Constellation; we hope they will take this opportunity to learn more about their Company.

There will be limited space available in the break-out meeting rooms so the Company is requesting those shareholders interested in attending a break-out session to register via the link below. To reiterate, the break-out meetings will be held concurrently.
