J. Brian Aune - Chairman, St. James Financial; President, Alderprise Inc.

Mr. Aune, a chartered accountant, joined our Board in 2000. He joined Nesbitt Thomson Inc. in 1966 and served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 1980 to 1990 when he left to become Chairman of St. James Financial Corporation and President, Alderprise Inc., private investment companies. Mr. Aune is a director of a number of Canadian public and private corporations including Teck Cominco Limited and Power Financial Corporation.
