Mr. Renaud joined our Board in 2010. He is currently the President and CEO of OMERS Private Equity a position he assumed in 2006. Prior to that he was Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer for OMERS when he joined OMERS in 2004. From 1991 to 2004, Mr. Renaud was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CAE Inc. Before CAE Inc., he held several senior financial management positions at Southam Inc. and Carling O'Keefe Breweries of Canada that followed a six year career as an auditor at Ernst & Young.
