City of Albuquerque Selects Constellation Software’s Trapeze Subsidiary for Comprehensive Trapeze Enterprise System

Toronto, Ontario, Canada, April 24, 2008 – Trapeze Software Inc. (“Trapeze”), a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc. (TSX: CSU) and a provider of intelligent transportation systems (ITS) and mobile technologies is pleased to announce that it has signed a significant contract with the City of Albuquerque, New Mexico for provision of a comprehensive Trapeze Enterprise system.

The Trapeze solution for the City of Albuquerque, whose public transportation services operate under the name ABQ RIDE and SunVan, includes both fixed route and demand response technologies for scheduling, operations management, traveler information, timetable publishing, and bus stop management and is also enabled with intelligent transportation technology to provide real-time vehicle positioning and schedule adherence information.

The City of Albuquerque has been a valued Trapeze customer since 2001.
