Toronto, Ontario – December 7, 2009 – Constellation Software Inc. (“Constellation”) (TSX: CSU) today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Harris Computer Systems (“Harris”), a leading provider of financial, customer and student information management software solutions for utilities, local governments and school districts, purchased Tailored Business Systems (“TBS”), a wholly owned subsidiary of VillageEDOCS (‘VEDO”) (OTCBB:VEDO).
TBS offers a portfolio of products and services for local government including: property tax billing, utility billing, occupational tax, purchase and invoicing, and volume print and mail distribution services. As a result of the transaction, TBS will be consolidated within Harris’ Spectrum operating division.
