Constellation Software Inc. Acquires Common CENTS® Solutions, Inc.

Toronto, Canada – April 1, 2009 – Constellation Software Inc. (“Constellation”) (TSX:CSU) announced today that it has completed, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Computrition, Inc. (“Computrition”), the acquisition of Common CENTS Solutions, Inc. (“Common CENTS”). Common CENTS is a leading provider of room service automation and Point-Of-Sale technology, primarily serving the healthcare foodservice arena.

Computrition President & CEO, Scott Saklad, states, “We are pleased to add Common CENTS to the Computrition family of solutions. We will continue to build on Common CENTS’ strong, well established customer base and flagship product line.”

Common CENTS President, Tom Bunting, states, “We are very pleased to announce this acquisition by Computrition. Common CENTS now has access to the resources to expand our product offering and customer base. As a result of the acquisition, Common CENTS will operate as an independent business unit of Computrition and as such, will continue to sell, develop, enhance, support and service all solutions from their current offices in Jackson, MS.
