Constellation Software Inc. Acquires System Innovators Inc.

Toronto, Canada, April 4, 2008 — Constellation Software Inc. (“Constellation”) (TSX: CSU) announced today that it has completed, through its wholly-owned subsidiary N. Harris Computer Corporation (“Harris”), the acquisition of System Innovators Inc. System Innovators is a leading provider of online cashiering and collections systems and support for government and utility clients.

As a result of the purchase, System Innovators and its flagship cashiering solution iNovah are now part of the Harris portfolio of solutions. System Innovators will operate as a business unit of Harris and will continue to sell, develop, enhance, support and service iNovah, RevenueCollector and Cashier for Windows from their current offices in Jacksonville, FL.
