Constellation Software Inc. Acquires the Assets of the Vintage Consulting Group

Toronto, Canada, June 3, 2008 — Constellation Software Inc. (“Constellation”) (TSX: CSU) announced today that it has completed, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Orion Wine Software Inc. (“Orion”), the acquisition of the assets of the Vintage Consulting Group.

“The acquisition of Vintage Consulting Group provides Orion the opportunity to expand our offerings in the winery vertical market and apply our proven operational models and strategies” said Dexter Salna, President of Orion. “We are excited that we have been able to build upon a new vertical market that we recently entered and welcome the employees, customers and products into the Orion family.”

According to Jay Hall, President of Vintage Consulting Group, the acquisition will “enable our software team to further develop our products and services to the Wine industry. With the greater resources of Orion, and an expanded array of products, we will be able to satisfy the needs of our customers better than ever before.”
