Toronto, Canada, September 30, 2009 — Constellation Software Inc. (“Constellation”) (TSX: CSU) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Gary Jonas Computing Ltd. (“Jonas”) has completed the acquisition of the business assets of EZ Facility.com Inc. (“EZ”) of Bethpage New York. The acquisition expands Jonas’ presence in the sports facilities, personal training studios, and health and fitness club markets.
