(“Constellation”) (TSX: CSU) announced today that it has completed, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Constellation Homebuilders Systems (“CHS”), the acquisition of the shares of TietoEnator Majiq, Inc. (Tieto) from Tieto Oyj (HEL: TIE1V).
