TORONTO, ONTARIO–(Wednesday March 6, 2008) – Constellation Software Inc. (TSX:CSU) (“Constellation” or the “Company”) issued a further clarification of certain matters reported in the press relating to short positions in it shares.
After confirmation with the TSX, management wishes to clarify that the short position of approximately 6.7 million shares reported in the press was incorrectly attributed to the Company’s stock. The actual short position reported on the Company’s stock for the period ended February 29, 2008 was 2,977 shares, which remained unchanged from the period ended February 15, 2008.
