Guyana Power & Light Inc. Selects Advanced Utility Systems, a Subsidiary of Constellation Software’s Harris Subsidiary

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. March 31, 2009 – Harris Computer Systems (“Harris”), a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc. (“Constellation”) (TSX: CSU) is pleased to announce that Guyana Power & Light Inc. (“GPL”) has selected Advanced Utility Systems’ CIS Infinity® to replace its legacy customer information and billing (CIS) solution.

GPL is the main supplier of electricity to the country of Guyana, South America. Based in Georgetown, Guyana GPL provides electricity to 130,000 customers throughout the country.

Once live, CIS Infinity® will provide GPL with in-depth reporting capabilities, robust customer service functionality and interoperability with other core GPL systems.

Implementation of CIS Infinity® is scheduled to begin in April 2009.
