Mobile Area Water & Sewer System Selects Systems & Software, a Subsidiary of Constellation Software’s Harris Subsidiary

Toronto, Ontario, Canada, April 8, 2008 – Harris Computer Systems (“Harris”), a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc. (TSX: CSU) is pleased to announce that Mobile Area Water & Sewer System (“MAWSS”) has selected Systems & Software (“S&S”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Harris, to implement its enQuesta 3e solution.

MAWSS is a very forward thinking organization that is primarily focused on providing the best service to its growing customer base.
