(TSX: CSU) is proud to announce that Saint Paul Regional Water Services (SPRWS) has selected Advanced Utility Systems’ CIS Infinity to replace its legacy customer information and billing (CIS) solution.
Headquartered in Saint Paul, the State Capital of Minnesota, SPRWS provides retail water services to approximately 96,000 commercial and residential accounts in the City of Saint Paul and the surrounding suburbs of Falcon Heights, Lauderdale, Maplewood, Mendota Heights, Mendota, Lilydale, Sunfish Lake, and West Saint Paul.
CIS Infinity was selected to provide SPRWS with a CIS solution that could easily integrate with existing IT systems and provide value added customer service features to SPRWS end users.
Implementation of CIS Infinity is scheduled to begin in August 2008.
