Clay Electric Cooperative Selects Cayenta, a Subsidiary of Constellation Software’s Harris Subsidiary, for its Customer Information System (“CIS”)

Toronto, Ontario, Canada, May 28, 2010 – Harris Computer Systems (“Harris”), a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc. (TSX: CSU) is pleased to announce that Clay Electric Cooperative has selected Cayenta Utilities, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Harris, for its CIS. The implementation will commence in June 2010.

Clay Electric, headquartered in Keystone Heights, FL, is a member-owned, electric power supplier, serving 165,000 customers in Northeast Florida. Cayenta Utilities will enable Clay Electric to deliver on its mission to exceed the expectations of its members by providing excellent customer service and reliable electric service at competitive rates, and to be recognized as an innovative and proactive cooperative, meeting the competitive, political and regulatory challenges within the changing utility industry.
