Constellation Acquires Cogsdale

Toronto, Canada—October 1, 2010—Constellation Software Inc. (“Constellation”)(TSX: CSU), announced today that it has completed, through its wholly-owned subsidiary N. Harris Computer Corporation (“Harris”), the acquisition of the Cogsdale group of companies (“Cogsdale”).

Cogsdale is a leading provider of service-oriented business solutions to local governments and utilities. Its flagship solutions leverage the Microsoft Dynamics GP platform to provide financials, work management, people management, asset management, customer information and utility billing to more than 300 clients in North America. Cogsdale has 132 employees, and its headquarters will remain in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada.

As a result of the purchase, Cogsdale will continue to operate independently as a separate business unit within Harris and will continue to sell, develop, enhance, support and service its flagship solutions. Cogsdale initiatives and support on the WebProcure, FAMIS and Performance Series product lines will also continue post acquisition.
