Toronto, Canada – May 10, 2010 — Constellation Software Inc. (“Constellation”) (TSX:CSU) announced today that Mark Leonard, President of Constellation, and John Billowits, CFO of Constellation, were appointed to the Board of Directors of UK-based Gladstone PLC (“Gladstone”). The appointment was followed by the departure of the existing Board of Directors and of the CEO of Gladstone.
In addition to his existing duties, John Billowits will assume the interim CEO role at Gladstone to assist in the integration of Gladstone into Constellation. Gladstone, a provider of software solutions and services to the Health & Leisure and Education verticals, will join the Jonas Operating Group of Constellation.
