Constellation Software Acquires BMS Computer Solutions

TORONTO, ON, JUNE 22, 2010 – Constellation Software Inc. (“Constellation”) (TSX:CSU) announced today that it has purchased the shares of BMS Computer Solutions (“BMS”) of Ipswich, UK. BMS provides IT services and software solutions to the agricultural industry; its solution portfolio includes the MillMaster, MasterTrader and Trader suite of products.

“This acquisition further enhances Constellation’s entry into the agri-business vertical,” said Jim Baker, President of the Agri-Business Division. “We look forward to continuing to develop the agri-business platform within Constellation. This acquisition allows our company to expand further into the important milling and trading industry within the United Kingdom.”
