Constellation Software Acquires InCircuit Development Corporation

TORONTO, ON, May 6, 2010 – Constellation Software Inc. (“Constellation”) (TSX: CSU) announced today that AssetWorks Inc. (“AssetWorks”), a subsidiary of wholly- owned subsidiary Trapeze Software (“Trapeze”), has acquired the assets of InCircuit Development Corporation of Austin, Texas. The acquisition adds InCircuit’s Enterprise Asset Management Software (EAMS) to the AssetWorks solution portfolio.

InCircuit is a leading provider of on-demand asset, inventory and surplus management software. The company’s modular software-as-a-service (SaaS) approach enables its users to manage their assets, inventory, surplus and fleet more efficiently, while minimizing dependence on internal technology resources.
