Constellation Software Inc. acquires the business assets of Efficient Workflow Solutions LLC

Toronto, Canada, April 15, 2011 – Constellation Software Inc. (“Constellation”) (TSX: CSU) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Gary Jonas Computing Ltd. (“Jonas”) has completed the acquisition of the business assets of Efficient Workflow Solutions LLC (“EWS”) of Grand Junction, Colorado. The EWS acquisition expands Jonas’ presence in the Moving and Storage market.
