Constellation Software Inc. Acquires Xn Leisure Systems Ltd.

Toronto, Canada, December 1, 2010 — Constellation Software Inc. (“Constellation”) (TSX: CSU) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Gary Jonas Computing Ltd. (“Jonas”) has completed the acquisition of Xn Leisure Systems Ltd. (“Xn Leisure”). The Xn Leisure acquisition expands Jonas’ presence in the Leisure market.
