(TSX:CSU) (“Constellation”) today announced that its Board of Directors is undertaking a review of strategic alternatives for the company with the objective of enhancing shareholder value. The Board of Directors has retained BofA Merrill Lynch and BMO Capital Markets to act as its advisors.
There is no defined timeline for this strategic review and there can be no assurance that the review of strategic alternatives will result in any specific action. Constellation does not intend to comment further regarding the evaluation of strategic alternatives, unless a specific transaction or process is concluded, or it otherwise deems further disclosure is appropriate or required.
