TORONTO, ON, August 14, 2012 – Constellation Software Inc. (TSX:CSU) today announced that Harris Computer Systems (“Harris”), a wholly-owned subsidiary, has signed a significant contract with Clark Public Utilities for replacement of its Customer Information System. The implementation will commence in September 2012 and the software and services will be delivered by Cayenta, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Harris.
Clark Public Utilities is a customer-owned utility providing service in Clark County, Washington. It currently provides electric service to more than 184,000 customers and water service to more than 30,000 homes and businesses.
