Toronto, Ontario – February 19, 2018 – The board of directors of Constellation Software Inc. (“Constellation”) (TSX: CSU) announced today the appointment of Robin van Poelje to the Company’s Board of Directors.
Mr. van Poelje is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Total Specific Solutions, one of the operating groups within Constellation. Prior to founding TSS in 2006, he acted as an Investment Manager for a family office and as an Operational Manager in different international industries. He is a graduate in Business Economics (Dutch University) and a post graduate in Marketing & Strategy (French Ecole de Superieure).
