Harris Computer Corporation (“Harris”) has acquired Syscon Justice Systems Ltd. (“Syscon”), a business providing Offender Management Systems (OMS) to correctional clients around the world. Syscon, headquartered in Richmond, British Columbia, provides feature-rich, customizable solutions to top-end agencies globally, encompassing more than 400,000 offenders.
