(“Constellation”) (TSX: CSU) today announced that its wholly-owned division Volaris Group (“Volaris”) has completed the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Hospitality 101, Inc., doing business as CaterTrax (“CaterTrax”), a provider of software solutions to the Food Service industry. The company continues to service its existing customers and operate under the CaterTrax brand as CaterTrax Inc.
