TORONTO, ONTARIO, AUGUST 31, 2017 – Constellation Software Inc. (“Constellation”) (TSX: CSU) today announced that its wholly-owned division Volaris Group Inc. (“Volaris”) has completed the acquisition of BBT Software AG (“BBT”), a provider of Insurance software based in Switzerland. BBT joins Primoris, Silvervine, Travisoft and Wellington IT in Volaris’ Financial Services vertical.
