Toronto, Canada, March 14, 2008 — Constellation Software Inc. (“Constellation”) (TSX: CSU) announced today that it has purchased 13.86 million shares of UK based Gladstone PLC (“Gladstone”), representing approximately 28 % of the outstanding common shares.
“Occasionally we take stakes in vertical market software companies for investment purposes,” commented John Billowits, Chief Financial Officer of Constellation. “We have been a shareholder of Gladstone in the past.”
